1. Service Descriptions

JSW Construction provides residential driveway widening services in the Summerville, Goose Creek, and greater Berkeley/Dorchester County, South Carolina area. Our services include:

  • Standard Concrete (Broom Finish) - Reinforced concrete driveway extensions and parking pads with a standard broom finish.
  • Stamped Concrete - Decorative concrete with stamped patterns (herringbone brick, slate, cobblestone, and other designs) in various colors.

All services are subject to site conditions, local permitting requirements, and HOA regulations. JSW Construction reserves the right to decline projects that fall outside our service area or capabilities.

2. Estimate Disclaimer

The online cost calculator on this website provides estimated price ranges only and does not constitute a binding quote, bid, or contract.

Estimates generated by the calculator are based on:

  • General per-square-foot pricing for the selected material type
  • User-provided dimensions and add-on selections
  • Typical market conditions in the Berkeley/Dorchester County area

Actual project costs may differ from calculator estimates due to factors including but not limited to: site conditions (soil type, drainage, grade, access), permitting requirements, HOA requirements, material availability and pricing fluctuations, demolition complexity, and project-specific engineering needs.

A binding quote will only be provided after a free on-site consultation and assessment by a JSW Construction representative. On-site consultations are provided at no cost and with no obligation.

3. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by South Carolina law:

  • JSW Construction shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this website or reliance on calculator estimates.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to this website shall not exceed the amount you paid to JSW Construction for services, if any.
  • We are not responsible for any decisions made based on calculator estimates without an on-site consultation.

This limitation does not apply to liability arising from JSW Construction’s gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
