The Walker Family
Just Say When Construction was founded on April 29, 2019, by Taneka “Nikki” Walker and Jonathan “Johnny” Walker in Summerville, South Carolina. What started as a bold leap of faith has grown into a trusted construction company serving residential and commercial clients across the Lowcountry.
Nikki serves as CEO, managing the business operations and client relationships that keep JSW running strong. Johnny, as President, leads the field operations - bringing years of hands-on experience in sitework, underground utilities, and concrete flatwork to every project.
Together, they have built JSW Construction on a simple principle: treat every customer’s property like it’s your own. That means honest estimates, quality materials, and craftsmanship you can see and feel.
